"Euler" is the vernacular name for a project led by Bertram Ludäscher at the University of California at Davis, and in collaboration with computer scientists and biological taxonomists at Gonzaga University and Arizona State University. Euler's main aim is to facilitate reasoning and integration (merging) among concepts represented in multiple taxonomic classifications. Further development of "CleanTax", a software initiated by Dave Thau, is central to this task. Please refer to the Software link for up to date information on Euler/X Toolkit.
